The Business Partners Committee meets the second Thursday of each month at 9:30am

What is the Business Partners Committee?
To apply the special talents and resources of REALTORS® and Business Partners in support of education, networking, community, and other endeavors of the Association. To work as a team with the Chief Staff Executive having prime responsibility for all regularly scheduled meetings that involve social or membership activities.

The Commercial Committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 10:00am

What is the function of the Commercial Committee?
To work directly with the Chief Staff Executive on all facets of Commercial property with a state of the art Commercial Information Exchange.

The Community Outreach Committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00am

What is the function of the Community Outreach Committee?
To promote, enhance and encourage REALTOR® philanthropy in our community through volunteering and sponsorship.

The Education Committee meets on the first Monday of each month at 9am

What does the Education Committee do?
This committee along with the Chief Staff Executive provides members with educational opportunities throughout the year. Education classes are offered not only for license renewal, but also to improve professionalism and productivity of all members in the real estate profession.

What does the Grievance Committee do?
Boards are responsible for enforcing the REALTORS® Code of Ethics. Professional Standards Committee members attend classes to learn their responsibilities under the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® enabling the Association to provide a vehicle in which REALTOR® members can settle disputes that may arise. (Must be a member in good standing for a minimum of 1 year to sit on this committee and participate in the Professional Standards Training).

What is the Professional Standards Committee?
Review Arbitrations for compensation disputes that may arise between Brokers. (Must be a member in good standing for a minimum of 1 year to sit on this committee, hold a Broker’s license and participate in the Professional Standards Training).

The RPAC Committee meets the first Friday of each month at 9am

What is the RPAC/Legislative Political Action Committee?
Monitors legal issues for homeowners and REALTORS®, with knowledge of current and proposed legislation affecting the real estate industry. RPAC working directly with the Chief Staff Executive, raises funds voluntarily from members for use in issues, campaigns, and campaign contributions to political candidates at federal, state and local levels.

The YPN Committee meets on the second Monday of each month at 9:30am

What is the function of the Young Professionals Network Committee?
Provides direction and strategy in determining the communication, information and education necessary to reach out to young professional members and provide an opportunity for direct input to Florida Realtors.
